Charities We Work With
The MCC Foundation is based at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London and delivers projects across the UK and worldwide. It provides free coaching and match play to empower all boys and girls to reach their full potential in the game, to unite and inspire communities, and promote physical and mental well-being.
The Surrey Cricket Foundation supports communities, schools and clubs by providing funding, knowledge, coaching, and competitions in Surrey and South London. Its goal is to get more people playing cricket, and in doing so it aims to improve the health and well-being of the recreational game and identify young talent for Surrey CCC.
Bat For A Chance is a charity set up by Will Gaffney that aims to help underprivileged children play cricket. It collects clothing and equipment for dispatch to schools, clubs, and academies worldwide. You can donate unused or second-hand cricket items through any one of the AJ Sports stores.
Cricket Kindness ensures that expensive bats, helmets, pads, gloves and clothes with plenty of wear left are not discarded and end up in landfill as children and teenagers outgrow them. The organization is also always happy to accept new cricket kit that has been left redundant by changes in sponsorship and technology.
